1) How do I get promoted?
* Don't ask. If you asked and got directed here (you broke the first rule and didn't even bother reading the website before you asked), you're probably not going to get promoted.
* Be active in guild chat
* Help people out when appropriate. This doesn't mean being a human wowhead.
* Demonstrate strong leadership skills
* Be exceptionally mature and professional.
* Wants extra responsibility
The highest rank anyone can get is "Centurion"- which is code word for "moderator". Centurions moderate the various channels of communication owned by the guild, keeping order. Demonboom notices exceptional people and creates moderators as needed to cover most active times in the guild.
A Centurion's responsibility includes:
* Protect and serve according to the guild charter.
* Mutes guildies who are being inappropriate. A guildie in mute status must appeal to Demonboom directly or will be automatically removed from the guild during Monday night guild maintenance.
* Reports all extreme circumstances to Demonboom
* Handles disputes. Please note that people found fighting in any guild communication channel will likely just be removed from the guild. We do not tolerate bad behavior- take the fights to a private level.
